Only Blu-ray comes with lenticular slipcover. Beware, not all Blu-ray versions come with the lenticular slipcover, some have the normal slipcover like the DVD.
The earliest copies of the Blu-ray/DVD were sold with limited edition postcards. These are now very, very rare. The Blu-ray/DVD must have the sticker on the box if it contains a postcard. No sticker means no postcard inside.

This book is a combination of the two Titan magazines about Once Upon a Time. If you already have the magazines, it's a waste of money to buy this book.

If you just have a ton of money burning in your wallet, Cryptozoic has released some very expensive collector's cards. You can find them listed on places like ebay for hundreds, sometimes thousands, of dollars. Only Season 1 was released as a card set. Cryptozoic does not have the license to release any more seasons.
The 2014 Cryptozoic Once Upon a Time Season 1 base set has 45 cards covering the first 22 episodes of the series. Each factory set includes the same 45 card base set, plus a handful of special additional cards. Additional cards:
